Herbicide Application and Pest Control Advisor Services -Request of Qualifications
The Butte County Resource Conservation District (BCRCD) seeks to hire qualified
contractors to assist with herbicide application of varying types on private or public
lands, including but not limited to offering the services of a Pest Control Advisor (PCA)
to write herbicide recommendations, the ability to procure chemical for application, and
providing the labor and equipment necessary to complete ground-based release, pre-
emergent, cut stump, and any other types of chemical application as seen fit.
Proposals must be received electronically (.pdf format) by 5 PM on Friday, February 14th, 2025.

ARCHAEOLOGICAL AND CULTURAL SURVEYS - Request for Proposal
The Butte County Resources Conservation Distract (BCRCD) seeks to hire a consultant to complete professional archaeological inventory and reporting for the project site described below.
1. Forks of Butte Recreation Area
All work will be completed in support of required federal environmental compliance and permit applications.
The consulting firm will possess a valid Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Permit for Archaeological Investigations (PAI) and have demonstrated professional experience completing archaeological inventory and reporting in the project region. The consulting firm must be willing to work with the BCRCD, BLM, and if needed, adjacent landowners.
To perform archaeological inventory on BLM administered lands, the contractor must possess a valid United States Department of the Interior Permit for Archeological Investigations (PAI) and obtain a valid BLM, Redding Field Office Field Work Authorization.
Consulting services to encompass all labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and incidentals required for the completion of the scope of work.

BOTANICAL AND RIPARIAN SURVEYS - Request for Proposal
The Butte County Resources Conservation District (BCRCD) seeks to hire a consultant to complete the following:
● Botanical surveys for sensitive and invasive plants, analysis and reporting for the project sites described below.
● Riparian surveys to determine if these areas are fish bearing or not, if they are perennial/intermittent/ephemeral, and reports on their current condition (health, invasive species, or damage) and hydrology for the project sites described below.
