Requests for Proposals / Bids / Qualifications:

1) BCRCD seeks bids on a 2027 road construction and reconstruction project in far northern Butte County. Bids on the Humbug Road Realignment Project are due December 4, 2026, by 4:30 pm.  A mandatory bid walk on site will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026.

2) The Butte County Resource Conservation District (BCRCD), in partnership with the United States Forest Service, is inviting bids from qualified contractors for the Colby Mountain Recreation Project -Phase 2 Trail Construction. The project is for the construction of approximately 16.5 miles of natural-surface, shared-use, non-motorized trail in Lassen National Forest - Almanor Ranger District near the community of Jonesville, California. A mandatory bid walk on site will be held on Friday, November 6th .

3) The Butte County RCD is giving notice of the solicitation of qualifications for services provided for biological surveys for a wide variety of projects, including on Plumas National Forest (PNF) land, in the spring and summer of 2027, 2028, and 2029. This RFQ is for firms, individuals, or agencies that can provide these services and the BCRCD will develop agreements with the firm(s) selected. Future contract(s) with specific project tasks will be developed once a firm and/or firms are selected.
