Bid Packets/Requests For Proposals:

1) BCRCD seeks qualifications and proposals from qualified architects and/ or civil engineers (“Firm”) wishing to be considered for the design and construction administration services of two trailheads located in Lassen National Forest. This RFQ is for design/ oversite only (no construction).

2) BCRCD seeks qualifications and proposals from an experienced financial firm to guide the District through the process of persuing an Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (NICRA) with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service. The selected consultant will guide the District staff and Directors through the federal indirect cost allocation process to maximize cost recovery on the current and future federal awards. Additionally, the firm will also provide ongoing, as-needed support for compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 requirements.

3) The Butte County Resource Conservation District is seeking potential contractor’s interest in providing services for hand treatments in the Forks of Butte Recreation Area.  This project is in collaboration with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Redding Field Office and therefore will adhere to Federal and State regulation and Best Management Practices that are outlined in the contract and identified in the Federal environmental compliance documentation. Mandatory bid walk is Friday 9/4/2026 at 9am.
