Public Notification:

The Butte County Resource Conservation District is seeking funding through the California State Parks Off-Highway Motor Vehicle (OHV) Recreation Division Grant Program to support maintenance of motorized trails in the High Lakes -Lassen National Forest Almanor Ranger District.

Public comments may be submitted for consideration by reviewing the preliminary grant applications at the OHMVR Division website  https://ohv.parks.ca.gov/ from March 3rd through May 4th.

1.) The Butte County Resource Conservation District is requesting bids for the Coutelenc Road MacNab Cypress Fencing Project. Bids are due  May 7th, 2026, at 5:00 pm, with a mandatory bid walk April 21 at 9:00 am.

 2.) The Butte County Resource Conservation District is requesting bids for the Concow Resilience Project 2026 Vegetation Treatment #1. Bids are due Tuesday May 12th, 2026 at 5:00PM with a mandatory bid walk Friday May 1st at 9am.
