Cait Bell, Forestry Program Technician 

Cait grew up in the upper Midwest, where she cultivated a passion for forest ecosystems while exploring the Minnesota northwoods. After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Geography and Environmental Sciences, she moved to Chico to work with the RCD. Her primary projects include working as a field technician with the Concow Resilience Project and supporting the SFLAP program. With a host of GIS skills, she can also be found troubleshooting various geospatial projects, and has been an instrumental part of implementing the Butte County Wide Mapping Project. Cait is a passionate long distance backpacker and runner, having traversed the length of the United States on foot multiple times.
